The lovely Cowgirl Carlie provided much needed stability on the A&R Ranch. She was a niece of Art's who had come to visit but who decided to stay after she saw how much little Woody needed looking after. In fact, Cowgirl Carlie provided Woody with a much needed mother figure and provided lots of guidance for the curious boy. One of Cowgirl Carlie's challenges was teaching the boy proper manners, a challenge anywhere but especially so on a rough and tumble ranch. She also did her best to lead little Woody on the straight and narrow and away from evil temptations. |
